For yet another year, AB Vassilopoulos’ Mobile Environmental Education & Recycling Center visited the Children’s Camps of the Municipality of Athens in Agios Andreas, Municipality of Marathon.
Specifically, from July 21 to August 7, 2025, more than 500 children visited the Recycling Bus and learned about the importance of the “circular economy” and the power of recycling in protecting the environment through educational materials and interactive games.
The Mobile Environmental Education & Recycling Center was also visited by Ms. Christina Vasileiou, Special Municipal Councilor for Preschool Education & Children’s Camps of the Municipality of Athens, who was briefed on its operations and commented:
"I greatly appreciate your contribution to this educational initiative, as it helped raise awareness among children and instill environmental consciousness, which is key to a greener planet."
