During this event, children had the opportunity to engage in various activities such as art workshops and experiential urban farming labs, through which they became familiar with the concept of recycling and gained an understanding of the invaluable importance of environmental protection.
Mr. Giorgos Patoulis, the Regional Governor of Attica, also attended the festival and participated in recycling activities. He stated, among other things:
"We learn to live green, to love nature, to participate in recycling, and thus improve our daily lives within the city. It is in our hands to reverse the impacts of the climate crisis, and the first step for this effort is the awareness and mobilization of all of us."
