The participation of Primary and Secondary School students in the Big Educational Competition for Recycling under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs & Sports in cooperation with the Regional Association of Attica Municipalities has been huge.
Every day, students of the participating schools, together with their parents and teachers, visit TEXAN Multi-purpose Recycling Centers; they recycle plastic, metal & glass materials by participating in at the same time the competition!
The competition ends on Sunday, March 31st, 2024 and the big prizes of the competition for the 3 school classes that will recycle most materials are the following:
- One 5-day trip for all school class students to any city in Europe of their preference.
- One 5-day trip for all school class students to any city of their preference in Greece.
- One Smartwatch for all school class students.
It is noted that if the 1st place in the competition is awarded to a Kindergarten or a Primary School class, then the prize will be an electric bike for all its pupils whereas if the second prize of the competition is awarded to a Kindergarten or to a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade of a Primary School, this prize will be a bike for all its pupils, respectively.
