2) Which entrepreneur asked a TV station to air a false and slanderous story about the Recycling Multicenters, and why?
3) Why do press reports invoke an audit finding by EDEL (Greek Fiscal Audit Committee) for a purchase price of €66.000, when the specific audit finding of EDEL explicitly states that a competitive company submitted a financial offer of € 332,072 (€267,800 plus VAT) per Recycling Multicenter in the International Competition of Peloponnese Solid Waste Management Body (FODSA), (see pages 35 and 42 of the finding)?

4) For what reason the financial bid submitted by a competitive company at the International Tender of the National Waste Management Plan (NWMP) of Crete is not unsealed, in order to prove that said competitive company also offered a price of € 332,072 in a 2nd tender?
5) Is it true that there is a decision of the Plenary of the Court of Auditors (No 1345-2024) that has irrevocably decided that there is no overpricing, no tailor-made legal provision and that all tenders for the Recycling Multicenters are flawless?

It is noted that this Decision was adopted by deciding on the arguments by EDEL, since the Audit Report by EDEL had been notified to the Court of Auditors, resulting in the Plenary Session of the Court of Audit taking up and deciding on the matter.)
6) What is the family relationship between the lawyer representing the competing company and the Secretary General of the Cabinet, who served in that position under a specific government for eight years?
7) What is the relationship between the current President of Parliamentary Party, who in his statements refers to the cost of € 66,000 per Multicenter, with that Secretary General of the Cabinet and this Party?
8) Which parliamentary party sectoral leader and in what capacity did he try to incorporate tailor-made technical specifications in favor of a specific company in the Tenders of DRS HELLAS?
9) Is it true that the Ambassador of the country of origin of a competitive company held a meeting at the Embassy with the legal Representative of the Government Organization during the evaluation of bids submitted in DRS HELLAS Open International Tenders for the selection of contractors to supply recycling equipment, with these tenders being the subject of the meeting?
10) For what reason do press reports claim that the operation of Recycling Multicenters in FODSA was interrupted at the fault of a company, while official press releases have been posted on the FODSA sites stating that the operation agreement was completed and that the FODSA were delayed choosing a new contractor at their own exclusive fault?
