In parallel, Since 2018, the double-decker bus, with the design, ownership and industrial patent belonging to TEXAN, has been traveling across Greece encouraging everyone and mainly young children to be informed, to recycle( since an automated recycling machine of plastic and metal packages is available on board the bus) and to participate in interactive actions on environmental protection.”

The Deputy Mayor of Alimos Mr. Giannis Antonakis who attended the training program with the students of the 2nd General Upper Secondary School, said the following:
"Our Municipality has invested in the future, through innovative methods and applications related to the circular economy and local waste management. We place great emphasis both on the training of our students and our municipality residents, as well as on new technologies by developing innovative information and control programs for all our waste production and the results are already visible"!

At the same time, Mrs. Alexia Machera, Sustainable Retail & Corporate Communication Manager of AB Vassilopoulos, mentioned the following on the bus actions:
"For all of us in AB Vassilopoulos, Corporate Responsibility is tantamount to Respect. Respect for Man, Products and the Environment. It is not random, therefore, that in cooperation with TEXAN, we are the only company in Greece and in Europe applying the Individual Alternative Packaging Management System. The mobile Recycling Center is again a unique initiative for us to bring recycling close to future generations, close to our children."
