The Mobile Centre for Environmental Education and Recycling made an appearance at Attica Green Expo!

Attica Green Expo, the exhibition connecting citizens with public and private organizations involved in green technologies and environmental initiatives, welcomed visitors from May 29 to June 1. For the second consecutive year, the Mobile Center for Environmental Education & Recycling proudly participated!

Exhibition visitors, especially students, had the opportunity to learn about the vital importance of recycling and to see firsthand how a comprehensive rewards-based recycling system operates. 

The Deputy Mayor for Cleaning and Recycling of the Municipality of Piraeus, Mr. Panagiotis Reppas, also visited the recycling bus. 

During the exhibition, a presentation was also held for Mrs. Mary Varsamy's book, “Welcome to the planet feast”.

This book explores the concept of environmental responsibility and the importance of respecting diversity.

Students had the chance to listen to the fairy tale, narrated by actors Evangelina Moutsatsou and Anastasia Gyllou, and received a copy to take home as a generous gift from TEXAN.

The Deputy Mayor for Cleaning and Recycling, Mr. Panagiotis Reppas from the Municipality of Piraeus also visited the recycling bus.
