1) Is it true that the recent cycle of false and slanderous press reports on Recycling Multicenters began after the Contractor was announced as the successful tenderer (on 3.7.2026) in two international tenders for the procurement of recycling equipment conducted by DRS HELLAS and prior to the submission of the Business Plan of DRS HELLAS?

2) Which politician, acting beyond the scope of his duties and authority, tried until the very last moment to prevent DRS HELLAS’s Business Plan from being submitted to the competent authority for approval as a Collective System?

3) Why is the financial offer submitted by a competitive company to the International Competition of Peloponnese Solid Waste Management Body (FODSA), amounting to € 332,072  (€267,800 plus VAT) per Recycling Center apparently missing?

4) Why are the financial bids submitted by a competing company to the International Tender of the National Waste Management Plan (NWMP) of Crete, with NSRF funding, not being opened, as well as the bids submitted to the international competitions of the Municipalities of Thessaloniki, Palaio Faliro, Chalkida and Galatsi with funding from ANTONIS TRITSIS program, to prove that in all international tenders the competitive company offered a price of € 332,072 and not € 66,000?

5) Is it true that the financial offer submitted by a competitive company to the International DRS HELLAS Tender (Section 3 of Tender 04 2026) was ultimately at twice the price of the financial offer sent earlier in the context of market research by DRS HELLAS?

6) Why did the competing company’s financial offer double within just a few months? What additional significant costs were incurred in Greece and included in the overall cost of the equipment?

7) Is it true that doubling the competitive company’s financial offer leads to additional revenues of tens of millions of euros?

8) Is it true that the competitive company tried to transport samples of equipment for the International DRS HELLAS Tender in breach of the current institutional framework for transport safety, without the intended transport license and without the necessary accompaniment of suitable vehicles?

9) Is it true that the competing company submitted bids for the international tenders of DRS HELLAS without any reservations, was ultimately awarded certain parts of the contracts, agreed to the appointment of all the final contractors, and did not file any objection, despite being entitled to do so under the tender documents?

10) Is it true that the Ambassador of the country of origin of a competitive company held a meeting with a government official (at his office) during the evaluation of bids submitted in DRS HELLAS Open International Tenders for the selection of contractors to supply recycling equipment, with these tenders being the subject of the meeting?
