President TEXAN S.A. spoke about recycling in the city at the FAST FORWARD FORUM 2025 organized by “Macedonia on Sunday” and the emakedonia.gr.
Recycling has entered the everyday life of the citizens of Thessaloniki, said among other things, Mr. Apostolos Mourgos, President TEXAN SA at the FAST FORWARD FORUM 2025 organized by “Macedonia on Sunday” and in emakedonia.gr.
In particular, in his contribution, Mr. Mourgos noted the following:
In TEXAN We have invested steadily and long-term in the creation of high-tech recycling infrastructure; we started 37 years ago, back when the word didn’t even exist.
Today, more than 400 state-of-the-art recycling multi-centers operate across Greece, with their number continuously increasing, offering citizens the opportunity to recycle in an easy, fast, and rewarding way. Thessaloniki is for us a model of cooperation with the local Government. In collaboration with the municipality, we have developed one of the most extensive green networks, with 48 recycling multi-purpose centers across all city districts and 8 fully integrated recycling corners”
