TΕΧΑΝ, in cooperation with the Municipality of Livadia,the Chamber of Viotia and KTEL (intercity public transport bus service) of Livadia, in response to the needs arising from the tragic railway accident at Tembi and wishing to offer the minimum assistance to students and soldiers studying or serving in Thessaloniki and the broader region, offers free of charge shuttles to and from Livadia for the next three weekends.
The free shuttles will be operated by the intercity public transport bus service of Livadia as follows:
• From Thessaloniki: Friday 17/3, 24/3 and 31/3/2023, departure time 16:00 in front of the White Tower.
• From Livadia: Sunday 19/3, 26/3 and 2/4/2023, and departure time at 18:00 from the intercity public transport bus station of Livadia.
The Mayor of Livadia, Mr. Ioannis D. Tagalegas said that he greatly appreciated the courtesy on behalf of TEXAN S.A. and in particular its President Mr. Apostolos Mourgos, the CEO Dr. Panagiotis Mourgos, but in particular of the founder and honorary President Mr. Loukas Mourgos. He also stressed that the sponsorship is carried out under a sense of localization of TEXAN owners who were eager to assist right from the outset the initiative by the Mayor of Livadia to support the municipality's young people.
The President of ΤΕΧΑΝ S.A., Mr. Apostolos Mourgos stressed that this sponsorship is carried out in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility, but also in the context of solidarity towards students and soldiers in his native town.
