We were there to discover the recycling message along with our young and older friends! The AB's Mobile "Center for Environmental Education and Recycling", re-opened its doors, adhering to all healthcare protocols, and reminded us how we can (change habits) #allazoumesinities and recycle metal & plastic packaging having fun. We were there, however, to find out how we could and should get rid of food waste from our lives! Along with food blogger Madame Ginger and food editor Anna Chalikia, through two original live workshops, we saw how we can use materials that we would otherwise throw away or materials left over in the fridge and cupboard, turning them into delicious savory and sweet creations, fighting against food waste.

Because, cutting down on food waste is everyone’s business!
